The Harborview Inn Rooms

Many of the rooms were pictured in the 1994 Winter Issue of Decorating Magazine, a Better Homes and Gardens Special Interest Publication. Most of our rooms feature a spectacular harbor view and all have private baths. All our rooms feature cable TV, and air conditioning. All our guests are invited to a complimentary continental breakfast featuring fresh fruits and pastries from around the Cape Ann area. We offer discounted rates for business travelers and senior citizens. Call us for details. Below you will find descriptions of our rooms along with prices.

Season prices are from May 15th to November 1st. Off season prices are from November 2nd to May 14th.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancelled reservations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.  Cancellations inside of 14 days prior to the date of check-in will be billed for one night's stay + tax.
The Magnolia Suite
This large room located on the third floor of the Harborview features a king size bed, has a direct view of the harbor and a private bath, along with a mini-fridge.

The Essex Room
A richly appointed room situated on the third floor across from the Magnolia Studio offers a cozy reading area and a private bath with a view of the harbor.

The Gloucester Suite
This large, 2 room suite on the second floor features a wood burning fireplace in the reading room which overlooks the harbor and a private bath. There's a king size bed in the bedroom. An ideal room for honeymooners or couples celebrating an anniversary.

The Manchester Room
A bright, cheery room on the second floor of the Inn that has a view of the harbor from two sides. The king size bed is cozy and colorful and can be split into two twin beds. This room also features a private bath.

Located in the rear of the Inn on the second floor, it is perfect for a good night's sleep. Quiet and stylish, this room is ideal for a stop over that will recharge your batteries. The private bath and queen size bed ad to the beauty of this room.

This large, ground floor suite offers two spacious rooms with a private entrance and bathroom. The salon has plenty of seating and french doors. The hand painted wall murals reflect the rich history that can be found all around the Harborview Inn. The king sized bed can be split into two twins upon request..
